CESA 3 is having a teacher substitute training on Thursday, August 8th. individuals with an associate degree or higher can become substitute teachers in Wisconsin. Additionally, there will be two trainings during the school year: Tuesday, December 3, and Tuesday, March 4. The BSMS Knights Youth Football Camp will be on July 22nd through July 24th from 9:30am to 11:00am at Swift Park in Benton! The camp is for students entering grades 3-8 in the 2024/2025 school year. The cost of the camp is $30 and will include a t-shirt. Transportation from Scales Mound and Shullsburg will be provided. Check back on our website at BSMSKnights.com for details. You can register by going to bit.ly/knightcamp or by stopping at one of the school offices. Registration needs to be completed by July 6th in order to guarantee a t-shirt. CESA 3 is holding a substitute teacher training next Wednesday, June 5. The minimum requirement for education is an associate degree. That and $100 and the training will qualify participants for a Three Year Substitute Teacher License in Wisconsin. If you have a flexible schedule & would like to help Shullsburg Schools, please consider getting your substitute license. We have a competitive wage.
